Can someone please tell me how to get rid of the annoying ass twisting and bent wire I have in these headphones? First time I bought these (before they broke) the wire was fine and my parents one one and it’s fine. But after mine broke I bought another one and the wire is extremely fcked up from the shit packaging. So how do I fix this?
I have had three pairs of these and they just seem to die in 8months more or less. In short they are not reliable. Issue ranges from being totally dead , the flap for charge port breaks off , lot of distortion in one side. I love them but Bose needs to engineer then for reliability .
This earbud keeps fallen out of the ear and no charging case
These are the first nice earbuds/headphones that I have gotten, and they are amazing, so much better than other products that I've seen. My favorite thing is the directional sound capabilities. One thing I dont like is the voice that tells the battery and the connection.

Within a year of use the the rubber becomes sticky and starts to disintegrate. Bose provides the best sound quality , but they are not built to last. In the last 2 years (2018 Mar onwards) , I bought 3bose products, Wired earphones, QC35II and Soundsport wireless. The wired one died, because the cable insulation disintegrated and bare conductor was visible, QC35II changed the ear pad foams thrice, now the faux leather on the headband is crumbling and looking ugly. Bose SoundSport Wireless , cable insulation is slowing crumbling . I paid abt 750$ (100$ for replacing bose earpads) for all three, that is a months salary for me in India. I also have a Senheisser HD599 which I'm using from 2017 without any issues.
I am not a I tech lover but needed good reviews to get my headphones and I have been researching for 3 weeks now. Thank you so much your reviews are really the best online and it helped me a lot to take my decision . Thank you so much

This review is an honest one, and i have seen so many videos and forums about the issues of this device, but I dont know why Bose still has not discontinued them. Even in 2020 end. I bought these earphones, I wish i did some research at that time before buying them. But unfortunetely i bought them having the brand name BOSE in my mind. And I feel like I have wasted a big amount of money on a very shitty product. And I am sure this is the first and last product I have bought from BOSE

Bose service is zero in india as my mic stop working and when i contact service centre of bose in delhi cp they said sorry we cant help you regarding this even after battery goes down for this there is no replacement on service centre so dont buy it

Bose earphones BLEW UP in my ears! Recently, the earphone exploded in my right ear while I was asleep and it caused an immense amount of throbbing pain along with the pressure. Drumming in the ears persisted for several minutes and I also went deaf for a few moments. I was stunned and found out that it was the battery that exploded. Contacted Bose straight away and of course they told me to wait. Well, guess what. The wait lasted for a month. Bose Hong Kong (I bought the earphones in Hong Kong and am still living in Hong Kong.) never had the intention to offer any compensation. I was outraged that Bose actually had the audacity to demand that I return the earphones, charging case and power cable. Not only do Bose sell defective products, they concealed the safety issues that could endanger their customers. They become loose when running and sweating I have to constantly readjust the ear plugs The sounds is awesome, but the readjusting ear plugs often is so annoying.

Oh yeah, got to have fucking heart rate monitor on my fucking headphones (lol).Fucking waste. Of course, Bose makes the set with the best color, only available on the useless overpriced heartrate model.

I have the Jabra sport pulse special edition. The heart rate does a bad job. The sound is great though. Heart rate device is important to me so I will get these if the price is OK. I live in Europe so things are more expensive here.
