i used to get almost 40 fps in gta 5 on very high, and high mixed settings even with NATURAL VISION REMASTERED GRAPHICS MOD with this GPU after overclocking it. Ryzen 5 2600 six cores 16GB DDR4 ram 2tb HDD 250gb ssd 550 watt power supply corsair VS series but according to this generation, its not a worth GPU anymore, so i'd suggest you to go with GTX side who are willing to buy it such as GTX750ti2gb GTX1050 2gb, otherwise choose GTX1660ti, Or RX580, if ur budget is good.

I am not after quantity but rather quality if that makes any sense I don't think I ever transcode more then 3 at the same time.
