i Have same hihat but my hihats sound very bad...so can you advice some tips...

I just got a set of Sabian AAX xplosions and I love them but coming off my zbt isn’t easy. And I am more of Sabian guy but have a couple zildjians I really dig.
Are they good for metal???
I'm gonna a buy a set of Meinls HCS or a set of Zidhian ZBTs. In a comparison, it seemed that the Zildians sounded much crisper than the Meinls. Not that the Meinls didn't sound good, but when placed next to each other, I think there is a difference.

Great hats actually. They sound awful at first, but after couple of months of heavy hitting they tune in and become amazing. That's the thing with professional cymbal companies, their cymbals are made to last.
What mic/mics are you using to record your bass drum? It sounds awesome.
I'm digging that micing and mixing. Kit sounds awesome.
How have they been holding up? Wanted to get a set of these for by bro and i found some new ones at a great price. Just hope they stand the test of time!

I've got this set and love everything but the ride...it's crap. Just replaced it with a vintage Rock Ride.

You could get away with everything but the ride... that’s the one cymbal you can’t cheap out on. A shit ride versus an intermediate priced ride is night and day
I love the ZBT series.There are cheap cymbals and then there are inexpensive cymbals and these are the latter.I love the crispness of the hi hats and the configuring tones that the 16inch and 18inch cymbals produce is perfect.That 20 inch ride cymbal's bell cuts through the mix as well as any other ride out there.

Thanks for this video. Love the new ZBT series. I think the hihat is old one right? I own the new ZBT 18 China and 8 Splash and I love them. Now I am planning to buy the Complete pack in future. Hope you upload one metal song drum cam with the complete ZBT cymbals including 18 China. Cheers from India :)
