I've just started taking green tea extract pills, along with diet and working out I hope they make a difference! Btw green tea is not a miracle drug, i've seen ppl complain that they didn't lose any weight but ofc you can't only rely on this to lose weight. Thanks for the vid man. Enjoyed it.
