I have an X-Touch One and I love it, bought it when I was rebuilding my home studio. I've been saving for the full X-Touch, once I have it I'm pretty sure I'll sell the X-Touch One.

Hello, very nice video! Thank you for that. I received mi Behringer X-Touch and try to connect it with FL Studio 20 demo version. I go to the midi settings and can't see the X-Touch even if i select "Mackie control Universal" I did the correct installation when i power the Controller select the channel 1 and 2 and select MC and on the second the USB mode. Did you install any driver before connecting the X-Touch with fl studio ? Thank's for your time The best,

I own the Behringer main and an extension to make 16 channels. One of my best purchases. Enjoy having real faders and the feel of being in a studio. Not just a screen.
I feel unless it's the SSL board it's better to mix in the box .. you see the SSL board got EQ , compressor everything and has a classic saturation .. this gear just provides you fader controls and record .. like a Daw Controller !!

2 Questions, First- is there a way to "Hard assign" faders to certain tracks in logic? My mix template has the following busses Drums/Bass/Guitar/Vocals etc. I would like to have these front and center for quick access because im always muting/soloing, and working on these tracks more than all the others. Everything Ive seen so far just selects faders based on the first track selected in the active window, which always confuses me as to which faders are controlling what. SECOND- Do you guys offer remote consultation services/classes for users that want to optimize their workflow with your products? I am considering purchasing an x touch and If i could do a one on one session to get up and running with a personalized setup I would pay good money for that. Thanks!

Is it possible to assign specific faders/knobs to specific tracks? I am using a DAW to mix a band live and I do not need to ability to flip channel banks, but would rather have 8 permanently assigned faders. For example in my 45 track project, I want tracks 2, 3, 16, 18, 24, .. and so on to be assigned to faders 1-8. I realize this can probably be done using midi mode, but it would be nice to not lose the extra functionality of mackie control. Also I'm wondering can the master fader be reassigned? I don't know anyone that would touch the master fader in a project.

Once again this does not work, Behringer X Touch was called a DAW Controller, it did not live up to it's name, only for a few DAW's it worked they did not include Reaper, have not found anything that completely breaks down step by step in how to get Reaper to work with this Controller, I bought this a few days ago in 03/01.2022. the X Touch has been out awhile now you would have thought it would be resolved by now, evidently not, so disappointed.
I bought this Product only to find it does not work properly in Reaper, Phil mentions only the DAWs that work with this product, I love Reaper and wanted this X Touch to control it, how Disappointed I was that it failed to Deliver. I bought this only recently in 2022.
is it this still worth it to buy in 2022? just asking😅 coz i think i want to buy one…
