Have you tried the superior mitts? They are pretty much clones, but I was really impressed with them. They run about $50ish dollars. Great video btw

I hear these are pretty much the best mitts on the planet in regards to durability, comfort and shock absorption. it is Winning brand of Japan after all, the same brand that offers the most protective gloves for decades now.... surely they use similar concepts in their mitts. very expensive though, $250+?

Cardboard is free from alot of places. Find somewhere that used 3.5 by 1m5 rectqngle boxes, like say a chip company, take a good 8 inches of those boxes flattned out to the woods outside of your city, if there is woods, and hang them from a tree, with a roooe wrapped around rhe bottom so that they curve in. You than have a handy punching object. Behyond that, youncan also practice with weapons, since its just cardboard youncan replace and burn. And scream like a ninja
