I am not sure if u were using the newest model (since u said u got it on clearance), but you dont need bits at all to clean those crevices with the new version...just let the jet stream from the nozzle do the work

Great set up Video, I had the same one, it got clogged with hard water. I'm buying a new one. My suggestion is to add Vinager to the water to prevent the clogging. But I do love that mop.

Dont like this mop left my floor soaked due to the tube steam comes from was faulty after so many emails to replace the mop I have now been sent a replacement that I cant use unless I a travel adapter due to the wrong plug wont be buying anything from thane again

I use to have this steam mop it didn’t work. It was sitting in the back shed along with Hoover presto and shark sweeper. They don’t work
Thanks so much as I have issues with directions as I`m dislecsic and I was lucky to get this mop for $20 dilivered brand new as well as a Big Boss insta Mop for $15 brand new from Kijiji Delivered as well with an old fashion yet never used as a mop with 2 heads that pick up dust & dirt and then swich it to the other mop that you put in the hot soapy side then spin dry and mop.Kijiji is were I buy alot of stuff.And know I know how all the attachments work.Windsor Ontario Canada
