Bought this 2 months back. Disappointed to see moisture inside main camera glass, even on slight temperature difference. A lot of pictures looked with fog due to moisture inside. Customer care says this is normal. Don't know what to do now.
Many Americans and people from around the world are very skeptic and sometimes reluctant to purchase the Xiaomi brand because of suspicions their devices contain spyware thats intricately programmed in some of the bloatware apps that comes preinstalled with Xiaomi devices. If privacy isn't a concern for you then Xiaomi is great to have considering the higher end specs for a shaved down price than what you'd get for standard brands like Samsung and apple

DON'T BUY THIS PHONE I bought mi 12 pro after one week unfortunately I used the phone while raining, display got damaged then I send it to service centre I have to pay 20000 for display and other things...very bad experience with mi 12 pro .. you should buy ip rating phone in this budget.

Sir, if you still have the mobile with you can you please confirm, if it has camera condensation issue. I purchased one which is made in inda and it is forming fog inside the lens. It seems to be Xiaomi just ignoring the issue. While recording slow motion video of 1080p at 240 fps it is creating fog after 30 to 40 seconds. While recording 4K video at 60fps fog created after 4 to 5 minutes, While recording 1080 P at 60fps, it creates fog after 8 to 10 minutes. Can you please help us to get this addressed and what could be the fix?
Writing out of the terrible days im facing buying a Xiaomi 12 Pro, Most of the Indian Version of Xiaomi 12 pro comes with a Manufacturing defect on the Main Camera, the lens gets Foggy after few mins of video recording or taking photos, there are many customers out there who are facing the same issue & at service center also Mi is giving no update, what is the use of spending 65k if you cant take pictures because camera has condensation or fogg. My phone is in service center since 2 days. Please record videos for 5 min & check the rear lens for any fog before buying this defective phone.

I reallly don't like 2 analysis that u do everytime when unboxing, one is weight and dropping the phone. If u not accurate and more or less near to weight distribution calculation, we really don't mind that and dropping the phone looks really ridiculous..
