Can you hook up a cd burner to a photo viewer or a photo frame, to burn CD's with it.I was thinking these upgraded smart flat screen tvs might be able to do if they have a hard drive ?

I believe I have a earlier model. I can't maneuver to manually toggle over to change day ,time or month etc. Do I needed a remote to execute the task. This is not a touch screen.
