i reinstalled driver, i did reformat my laptop and installed fresh OS (none of these worked) and now you're telling me its my 3pin 3.5mm jack is the problem? ARE YOU CRAZY!!!? YOU ARE SO FREAKING LATE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bro my problem is not this my headphones was working perfectly in my laptop and I always use this to play games..etc but now that headphones mic stopped working slowly.... And I use another headphone and now it's mic also stopped working slowly toooooo....... I don't know what's happening.......please help me......

i got a headset my rear port is used by my soundbar so have plugged the splitter into the two front panal slots for the mic and the headphones i cannot for the life of me get the microphone to work i can hear my brother talking but i cannot talk to him its bloody annoying as my usb headset has broken so i got this one not realising it didnt come with a usb connection :S i really am lost on what to do i have the Giotech hc2+ comes with a splitter which i have the audio jack connected too atm but still no good? any assistance is gratefully appreciated...i did watch the video but still no go!
