The true test of a quality protein powder is how it tastes and mixes with water. The best protein is nice and creamy in texture when mixed with water. In this regard, Optimum Gold Standard isn’t up to scratch. The king of protein powders mixed with water is Giant Sports Delicious Protein; nothing comes close. Runners up would be EHP Labs, Scitec 100% Whey and Muscle Nation. BSN Syntha 6 mixes up nice and thick but is loaded with carbs, so wouldn’t recommend it.

Thanks bhaiya, I want to discuss with you something and infact want ur suggestion. I have gastric ulcer and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) which is stomach problem and I am taking medicines from Oct'19. I have taken Homeopathy medicines for 2-3 months after that I have taken Aurvedic medicines for same period and now from Oct'20 onwards I am continously taking Allopthy medicines and taking prescribed home diet only and I am getting rid from Ulcer as well by time, thank god for that. But my stomach problem is really giving me physically as well as mentally tensions. Whenever I do simple squats or even if I don't do that, I face gastric, constipation problems continuously (whenever I don't take medicines for that). Even when I do Squats, they really gives me a lot of stomach tension though I do that very lightly because I do not do exercise on daily basis as recommended by Doctors and the result is my stomach and chest fat is increasing day by day and I feel very inactive full day always. So I really want your suggestion what should I do, which exercises I can do in these medical conditions, for my stomach problems and body fat so that I can get rid of my Stomach problems as well as my chest fat forever and also please suggest if I can take Whey Protien in this case.
