Glass is worst while we are sitting in home we noticed a high cracking sound in kitchen when we saw glass blasted even gas stove is in idle position from last 2 hours.

I watched the whole video in hope that you will also show installation and turn the burners on, we bought this recently and trying to understand if we are doing something wrong in installation, this video didn't help at all

Checked the reviews in Amazon, max people suggested it's quality is poor.
Don't buy prestige gas oven, their after sales service is horrible and pathetic too. I had logged a complaint on 21/12/20 to replace top unit of one burner and still no action has taken, spare is still not available!!! Can you imagine how careless are they? Don't buy else you will be harassed like me.
The video is not in English, so English-speakers waste their time for nothing clicking on it. Unfortunately this has been a trend lately.
