itni mahaan technology nikali hai whirlpool ne ki freezer me ice cream rakh do to din me chaar baar melt hoke paani ban jaati hai. i mean kuchh sochte ni kya whirlpool wale kuch tech. laane se pehle , bhai jab auto defrost hoga to freezer me rakha hua samaan ni kharaab hoga kya melt hoke. stupid auto defrost, above all no button to stop this auto defrost.

I raised a complaint on March 29th and till date there is no solution. Oh yes, they took an extra amount of 3000 rupees for replacement but didn't replace the product. Their is some stupid fella - head of Pinnacle Services - who doesn't even know how to talk to a customer. and above all... when you call the customer helpline - they are totally blank and can't even check the history of the customer. I so wish I could sue them...I raised a complaint on March 29th and till date there is no solution. Oh yes, they took an extra amount of 3000 rupees for replacement but didn't replace the product. The refrigerator was so poor in quality that all my food used to get spoiled. They took the money for a bad quality product from me.
