I raised a complaint on March 29th and till date there is no solution. Oh yes, they took an extra amount of 3000 rupees for replacement but didn't replace the product. Their is some stupid fella - head of Pinnacle Services - who doesn't even know how to talk to a customer. and above all. when you call the customer helpline - they are totally blank and can't even check the history of the customer.
