Hello thank you for the video, I just have a question, If my ship is registered in Singapore, I am under Tokyo MOU. So that means the ship will only have one PSC in one of the ports under Tokyo Mou(the ship is fairly new). When I go to Europe(Paris MOU) will be inspected again? Even if I am not part of the MOU?
Sir, what if any state which has not ratified particular convention and any foreign ship calling to that state whose Flag state has ratified that convention, Is that state authorized to inspect for that convention? Consider Example of Ballast water Convetion which is not ratified by India, so Can India inspect for Ballast water treatment plan? If yes then what is the reference for that? Thank you sir
