I can see three reasons why Trump's plan of a space force for "American domination" will not work. One deals with religion (Evangelicals, who truly know their Bible, should know better), the other two reasons are 2) history (what nation out there has a plan for when Amerikkka succeeds. Mighty nations rise, and mighty nations fall), and 3) those strange UFOs will have something to say about it.

The idea of militarizing space is dangerous to all nations on earth. This is precisely why many nations signed a treaty outlawing the militarization of space. Article IV of the Outer Space Treaty of 1967 states that "States Parties to the Treaty undertake not to place in orbit around the earth any objects carrying nuclear weapons or any other kinds of weapons of mass destruction, install such weapons on celestial bodies, or station such weapons in outer space in any other manner. The moon and other celestial bodies shall be used by all States Parties to the Treaty exclusively for peaceful purposes. The establishment of military bases, installations and fortifications, the testing of any type of weapons and the conduct of military manoeuvres on celestial bodies shall be forbidden." On earth there is already an arms race. US spends 700 Billion Dollars a year and China spends 1.2 Trillion Dollars a year. The United States has no business interfering in the Balkans and should not increase tension in Russia's backyard. Remember when the Russians put missiles in Cuba and created the Cuban Missile Crisis? Nor should the US be backing the tiny city island of Taiwan which clearly belongs to China. Imagine if China started backing separatist rebels in Puerto Rico to break off Puerto Rico from the US. Creating an arms race in Space will divert monies that could be spent for civil infrastructure to money that will be spent on weapons that may never be used. If they are used it could destroy the earth or cause the earth to tilt off its axis forcing the earth to fall out of orbit resulting in the destruction of all living creatures on earth. US and China and Russia and all nations on earth should work to create interlocking trade networks that foster peace.
