Anyone trying to get the hot attachment off- I rolled back the black rubber part and tucked it in. Used my palm to force the head off

I can't even figure out how to take the hot plate attachment off. I don't wanna break it. I'm trying to find a video where someone can show me how to takeit off. I'm not upset that it doesn't rotate. I wasn't even thinking about it. I just wanna switch the heads! 😩
