Hi. From what I can make out: 1 stock Celestron rubbish that comes with entry-level scopes. It ain't Plossl, at it's best it's got 2 lenses, maybe plastic...you can't see through it. 2 SW 58 degrees kinda disappointed, alot, I see aberration, it's hard to focus etc, I was considering buying this lens(4 mil), now I dunno if I should. 3 aspheric 62 a bit better, but if this video was at a constant zoom level, it would be somewhat easier to understand. Thanks.
and how can i mount my phone like that , i think you screwed the eyepiece on the phone how is that done, good one , could have edited , if you need i work 10 years with sound, i have studio and all , can help you if you want

Hi, just saw this based on a link from someone over at a Facebook astronomy club. I think it would make more sense to test these out at night. According to people who've bought the 4mm Aspheric over at Cloudy Nights, it throws up wicked bad chromatic aberration. That's something that isn't as easy to see during a daytime test. Also, what's important that you didn't mention is the vast difference in eye relief between the 4mm Plossl and the 4mm 58-degree eyepiece. The 4mm Plossl is perfectly okay for what it is, BUT - it is difficult to use. Its eye relief is less than 3mm. That means you have to hold the lens of your eyeball within 3mm of the top lens of a 4mm Plossl in order to be able to see the entire view that the 4mm Plossl shows. It is hard to keep your head that steady for very long, and that can give you neck and back strain. And you have to keep your head steady for 5 minutes or more because of the effects of seeing.
