I just received my pocket tripod. It works as advertised, but there were no printed instructions. I had to use the UPC to find this video to figure out how to configure it. I would have never known about the sizing kit or that alternate hinges were available without the video. I went to the DadDoes web site and could not find this tripod. and the site looks like it hasn't been updated since 2014. A cute gadget but the manufacturer needs to improve their customer relations. I will not be recommending this toy to anyone. I'll probably end up throwing it in the trash; better yet I'll give this to a monkey and take away his football.

BEWARE of cheap chinese knockoffs being sold through Instagram. They are total GARBAGE. Save your money. Totally useless, as they fall apart, and unless you like working with jigsaw puzzles, you will end up with plastic in the recycling box.
Cool - but $35 ? No wonder there are tons of knock-offs.

Mine came today. ABSOLUTE PIECE OF JUNK! Largest size 10.0 insert will not fit standard size iPhone with Otter Box Case. Maybe .05Cents worth of plastic and cost about $20.00 with shipping. Came in super small envelope with $5.00 value on postage stamp from China. Zero instructions. Shame on you for ripping people off with this Chinese junk.

Is this tripod only for camcorders? Can I use it for bridge cameras and dlrs cameras because I saw that there was a plastic part on the head as well as the metal part
I have had my tripod for some time and  never used it , (an old VPT 1200 model) I am too "untechnical" to learn from the few instructions on the box. Thanks to your video  I am eventually excited to own a tripod.  (it is years old) You are a great teacher, you make sense even to a beginner. I am so glad you explained to us about that little fixture nob next to the screw because I did not even know how to attach my camera properly  I would have scratched my camera using the way I once tried to attach it. I even tried twirling the camera around and around directly onto the tripod - LOL - thanks to you I have done it for the first time so easily. Thank you so much for that fabulous help -  you are a smart, very helpful, super guy.

I just bought this and I felt so much better after watching your unboxing and review.  Thank you! ^_^  I just have one question: Would you say this tripod would be good for a canon t3i?  It said the load capacity is 12lb for the tripod (amazon said it), but I was wondering how you felt on the matter.  Thanks again!
