When it comes to supplements....keep it fucking simple don't make things complicated, take a fucking Creatine Hcl , non stim preworkout and EAA after or intra workout ! Simple easy and it's working ...protein you take from food enough , i use Nova Neuro Pump stim free and Nova Dirt that is amazing before you eat a big meal of carbohydrates and also Innovapharm EAA are amazing

Pea protein i have moved away from. It was working really good for a moment. I like hemp/ spirulina protein. And beef/egg protein.

That was a great video. Thanks a lot. I got a 100% plant protein powder with greens from Wegman's. It's called OWYN (only what you need). The flavor is smooth vanilla. It has a lot of ingredients that I like including pea protein concentrate and organic cane sugar. The ingredient that's tripping me up is flax seed. I have a mood disorder and it gave me keyed-up energy. I took the protein in the morning and found that a single 1000mg fish oil gave me relief at 4pm. And I had no difficulty sleeping that night. Do you think that using this protein and knocking it down with a fish oil later in the day is a feasible practice? After OWYN I got Vega vanilla from Walmart. It's good too except that I have to be aware of where the next bathroom will be. Does this sort of thing go away over time? Is there a better product that you can tell me about? I'm 55yo and exercising very little. I don't work anymore and most people would consider me sedentary. At my age I don't see the point in adding muscle just to stop working out when I'm 65. I'd just have that much more weight to carry around when I'm old. (Age 12 to 47 I played sports or lifted weights most of the time.) I'm 5'10" and 244 lbs., 38" waist. BMI does not apply to me.
