My friends mom is a dr. And gave me a tub a glutamine when she heard I was bodybuilding. Never! Understood why ??! I used it for 1 months and I definitely saw some results look lots bigger And I haven't gain much weight on the scale!! Same thing for EAA was very effective but no body talk about it!

I’m curious, because when I’m fasting and working out, I supplement L-Glutamine, but I don’t know if Glutamine alone can disturb my fasting process, if its safe and will not breach my fasting, there are no added stuff, just the Glutamine, because otherwise you can’t really work out during fasting as you would like, Glutamine makes really a difference.
