I did buy one of these from a Japanese web site named Yvonel. BOTH THUMBS DOWN!!! When I finally received the device I opened the package and it felt and looked like a little kids toy. I did not even charge the device. I also tried to send it back and they basically said that was my opinion and I lost $20.00. My personnel review says DO NOT BUY!!!!!

The battery falls very quickly. It says 8 hours but gets fully discharged in less than 2 hrs

Hello, this product is amazing quality. I had the model WBT 3801. Amazing quality. Unfortunately the company does not respond to emails. i lost the manual for that set and i need to do reset and pair the left/right channel again and i dont know how to do that
