Very nice review, well balanced, nostalgic a bit, and practical. I thought the option of the Champ as a knife sheath pocket add on was smart...
kossuth lajos messaged that
he ran out out of his regiment
if he messages that once more
we will all have to go
long live the hungarian freedom
long live the nation
Too big heavy and clunky, get a smaller standard size,
saved you 20 minutes. 😋
I just bought this yesterday for myself as a Christmas gift from Canadian Tire, Brandon, Manitoba. ❤️ God bless everyone
Regarding the file and metal saw - I have SwissChamp for 20 years now and the metal saw is bent and file is not great. I wouldn’t say I used them often, but would love to replace them
Duuuuude.....the Opener layer is THE reason to own a SAK!
I just got one of these well not this one but same company with 15 gadgets
Love the review great video. Just subscribe your channel
The hook makes a great boot or skate lace tightener.
you did not mention the pin inside the knife which you can swap for a needle
Mine fits fine in the pocket! No problems. I don't find it that big at all
I've had mine since the mid 90's. My mom said I'd need it. She was right, Still use it often.
I cant decide, swisschamp or the explorer
Real men carry a Swiss Champ.
You can use the hook end of the toothpick to pull out every knife or tool, so you don't need fingernails.
The best thing about Victorinox scissors is that you can perfectly cut a roche and the handle without the spring is a great pokey thing. 😁
You stated at 16:38 or so that you'd be hesitant to say that any of the tools are pointless but, let's face it, the flat head screwdrivers, the magnifying glass and others lack a point. Now...the knife is definitely not pointless, otherwise it wouldn't be a knife. Get the point?
I have never had a Swiss knife more then a year. They always, Always, break. Damn useful, but not built to last.
everyone does focus to much on the pliers of a multi tool - i dont - if the pliers is so important to someone - i might suggest just carrying a actual separate pliers like the Knipex 87 01 125 Water Pump Pliers"Cobra" - these are high quality pocket pliers of the finest build - although i believe the little pliers on the champ are also top notch - they are so fine - you can also use them as tweezers - the cobra are much more heavy duty and can expand to one inch - together the champ and the knipex make a powerful team
the hook is great for pulling tent pegs out and fire wood atie it up with some para cord and use the hook to carry it
Can it make a woman pregnant
The cork screw Is excellent for undoing tight square knots,
Insert tip, turn...
Which have bigger blade- this one or ranger grip 74?
No scissors test!
Very bad review, useless.
they have to make one with both scissors and pliers, plus saw and a blade.
Great tool,,,having watched this video over, and over,I got myself one,, ( and the plier version )), great tool,,saw is more than adequate, scissors are precise, just an exelent "" pocket cutting tool"",,,oh corkscrew, ,,very useful little tool,,,,

The Swiss army knife was the first real thing my oldest son saved his money for. It was the knife with like 40 tools on it. Pretty much worthless but he want it so bad. He was about 7 and he saved and saved and was able to buy it. I was very proud of him for for that I think it was the Swiss army knife that made him realize if you want something you have to work for it. It turned out to be a life lesson for him. Thanks for reminding me of that memory.
I am looking for a good multi tool knife and people say the leather man but I don’t really need pliers. So my inner kid say “hey dumbass get a Swiss Army knife”
you guys should really consider removing the knife center logo on the back, ruins the aesthetic of a swiss army knife
Farmer X !
I saved up and bought an off-brand Swiss Army knife from the local hardware store about 1979 for about $8. Still got it. I might buy the biggy just 'cuz.
Totally awesome video

I’ve carried my Victorinox Lock Blade Hunter for 30+ years. Handiest knife ever.
