Good review but I suggest not to use a ball head for videography, a pan head is preferred.
Very good review. Explained all relevant points. As a fellow YouTuber I have a suggestion. Please try to make videos inside a room rather than outside. There are lot of distracting background noises. Try to process your audio using audacity (which is free) and remove any background sounds. I'm sure your channel will go very far and all the best for it!
If you need tripod for video, then alta+ 263ap with pan head is better choice

How much weight can it take? I am planning to buy a 200-500 lense which weighs about 2.2 kg, + the weight of the camera body is about 600 gm. Can u please suggest me whether this tripod can take this much of weight o not?

I heard that the center column can be removed from the tripod and can be inserted in upside down, Which can enable taking photos at very low heights (Macros and Water falls)). Can you please tell me whether it is possible or not. For doing this there will be a knob on the bottom of center column which should be pressed and then u can release the center column completely out.? Could u clarify this please?

Nice Review I had Vanguard slightly different model, one of the leg broke up (Snapped) than I intentionally broke the other 2 that was easy to do just hold the bottom of the leg and press upwards! Just needed a new tripod for my car videos I ordered this hopefully it sill last me for some weeks :) Nice video mate

For the first half of the video you made it sound like a great tripod then you changed your mind and started pointing out faults, that's fine unless those faults contradict what you previously said "nice smooth pan" - " horrible jittery pan" If i hadn't watched the whole video i wouldn't have known what it was actually like.

It would be great if everyone reviewing tripods would do a wind test outdoors. I was disappointed that you didn't do it. I do a lot of outdoor photography in wind, especially low light stuff like light-painting and all. I am confused whether to get a ball-head or a fluid head. I use a cheap pan-tilt and it is very disappointing.
