Would not recommend anyone to buy this product as Wonderchef does not know care about Customer Service/post sales service. I received this product on 27 Aug 2020, when I opened the packing the cover of the motor was cracked. Since then have tried contacting them on whatsapp, linkedin, customer care no., websites but no one has reverted on our complain. Called 4 times on their cusomter care no. and they only mention Wonderchef will call back in 24hours. I wonder if Wonderchef even knows the meaning of 24 hours! When I called ftoday, 4thtime their person told they will arrange a senior's call back and cannot share senior's no. Why have you appointed such seniors who cannot speak to customers to get their problems resolved. I would strongly refrain anyone from buying Wonderchef products as they don't value their customers and take no responsibility of their defective products.
