hi. i can't connect the headphones to my phone via bluetooth. i've turned the headphones on, phone's bluetooth on, then scan for device and won't find them. do you know why? do i need to do something else, or is it faulty?

I fucking hate the fucking touch bullshit, whenever i just barely touch the fucking piece of shit music turns on, it changes music or it increases/decreases the fucking volume. Does anyone know if you can turn off this fucking monstrosity of technology?

Honestly these are amazing! I lost mine a couple weeks ago and had to get another pair! Very durable, sound is amazing, really good bass and better than my beats which are quadruple the price...

The sound on my urbanears headphones keep cutting out whenever i move when its paired with my laptop. And no, I'm not standing far away from the laptop (works just fine when using aux cable tho). Doesn't cut as often when paired with my phone.. Anyone else has the same problem? My other bluetooth headphones work just fine (JBL). I can't figure out what could be causing the problems. I really wanna make them work :(

Interesting review, I've had the original Plattan (Bluetooth version) for a few years now and sadly just the other day the hinge snapped on the left side. Looking at how it's constructed it's a very strange design almost as if it was purposely made as a weak spot! Two tiny plastic protrusions were all that was holding the thing in place which I'm surprised about but then maybe I shouldn't be! The sound, low weight and ease of use of these it really good, such a shame they broke, I'm pretty careful with my things too! I might go for some Plattan 2 (now owned by Marshall?) as the hinge looks different, hopefully of better quality.

The Plattan 2 wired were great, I decided that I wanted a wireless version so I then got the ADV wireless, been using them daily for about 2 years and they have a really minimalistic style. The only downside to the ADV is I would accidently hit the touch controls when wearing a hood or in bed. Can see the the Plattan 2 Blutooth have rectified that so now looking at getting them. Getting them from 3rd parties also means they're cheaper, they have really good value!

They have much better sound quality than a lot of more expensive headphones, which can sometimes be a bit boxy.
