I’m curious, because when I’m fasting and working out, I supplement L-Glutamine, but I don’t know if Glutamine alone can disturb my fasting process, if its safe and will not breach my fasting, there are no added stuff, just the Glutamine, because otherwise you can’t really work out during fasting as you would like, Glutamine makes really a difference.

Sir I have been talking glutamine from last 2 months almost and that too 30gm per day I m 108kg & yes I m a vegetarian soo it is important for me.
