I took creative back in high school. I was huge, strong, and had good stamina. I didn’t follow any instructions other then doing the Loading phase and move to just 5 grams. The one I used was like 15 bucks and lasted me a whole year. If you pay more then 25 bucks for creating you are wasting your money
