Great review - thanks for this. After watching this review I bought a pack of it to supplement my trainings. However, what happened to me was a really bad, long lasting nausea! I was taking a pack a day with my breakfast and after the first week I started waking up with a vertigo which was really bad in the morning and it was settling during the day.. Until the 3rd week when the vertigos/dizziness and nausea became unbearable. At first I didn't really realise it was the Animal pak and started wondering what's going on, until I stopped it for 2 days and it all settled. Then I started reading and I found out this is one of it's side effects. One thing to bear in mind is that I have very sensible vestibular (inner ear) and a pretty bad motion sickness, so whatever it is inside those vitamins - it definitely triggered that. Only writing this in case other people experience the same thing.

I took animal pump a year ago and just started again, its important to take 2-3 weeks off between each bottle because its hard on the heart .. I have tried 2 bottles without rest and it wasnt great while taking the second bottle had to go to hospital 2 times .. Also the key with animal pump is the water, drinking little water will make you feel like shit so you need to be always hydrated all day ! I recommend it for kick start and after that stopping it and using creatine mono.

Didn't do anything for me. Even some of the worst pre workouts i've taken have provided me with more of a pump during my session and the ability to train harder. this was a pure flop

I knew you guys were dumb. Hugh Jackman took the supplement in pill form which allowed him to adjust the creatine content. He's the only actor who hasn't taken steroids to bulk up. He also took 5 - 10 grams of Animal Nitro Bcaas. He had a four meal routine. Eggs and oatmeal for breakfast. Meal 2, Steak, sweet potatoes and broccoli. Meal 3, chicken brown rice and sauteed spinach. Meal 4, fish, avocado and broccoli.
While taking the supplements, he worked out hard on lack of sleep routine (5-6 hours).
Bottom line, I always hated you hog twins because you lack information. Keep it up and I'll shut down your channel for good.
