For what it is , it's too expensive and too overhyped ! It isn't so bad , but not really good too .
I know the world famous animal pack , but there definitely better ones ! I also know , the classic cover and gimmik with the pills inside the sachets makes everyone attractive for more .

Is this something you take in the morning or on the afternoon after a meal? I hear different things it doesn’t matter when you take your vitamins as long as you take them around the same time every day
Any multi that has Bcaa is a joke because bcaa supplementing is an absolute joke and SOLEY based on supplement companies making big money on people being dumb enough to buy them.

Just so you know in my experience cutting them in half is harder to swallow than just leaving them whole. It's the jagged edges that's a problem.

Not only for gym. I use for my hard phisical work to. It realy helps. It not like pain goes away same day. But it like after regular use it feels better. Recommend defenetly.👍😉

I've been taking animal Flex every morning and animal Pak every evening for years and years . The amount of pills are no big deal drink lots of water take 3-4 at a time. Takes less than 30 seconds for Pak and Flex. I also use extra B complex in morning and extra vitamin D and also 4-6 cap of omega 3s throughout the day. Magnesium I use cheated glycinate in day time also citrate powder natural call at night. I'll add ZMA at night just bc I don't think we absorb zinc oxide all that well from the Pak and Flex . Those are my staples I'll use creatine and some Whey protein sometimes

I Love This stuff ! pretty much began to work overnight with my arthritis and joint pain. I took it the 1st night and woke up with not as much pain. after that, I now wake up and act as though there was nothing ever wrong with me... I still hurt after after a long day, but not nearly as much as I used to.
I'm not saying this isn't a good product, I do think it helped me, but be careful because it's very hard on your kidneys. If you're not consistent in the gym, you'll just pee most of this stuff out.

I gotta question :) can I using animal flex and animal pak together? Flex at the morning and Pak afternoon?
I gave it a try, it's crap! It cost twice more than PROENZIE PLUS, or even 3 times more then SCITEC JOINT X.  With Animal Flex in less than a week all little elbow, knee, lower back pains that I had came back. For me really not worth the price. I'm using again SCITEC JOINT X cost me around 12 Euros and I'm done with pain.
This and flexicus have been the best joint supplements on the market that ive tried. I do a lot of sports related(MMA,Wrestling and BJJ) as well as a lot of jumping style plyometrics which were killing my knees. But after taking this 3 days I noticed a big difference and after a week my knee discomfort has pretty much been gone completely

Most of the comments i have seen are regarding joints on knees and shoulder. Anyone used this product and have improvement on joints on the lower back? Will it resolve joint pains by reducing inflammation and by how long?
