Coconut vinegar is much much better than apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is too much acidic & can be very bad for your teeth! On the other hand coconut vinegar has no such side effects!

Few days bfr in fb video u instructed to take a table spoon of apple cider vinegar half an hr bfr meal for greater bioavailability of fd if I never heard wrong. Never gone for any artificial things will it help in wt reduction.. I take lime water an hr bfr ad after meal. Is probiotic needed whenever u travel as heard in one of ur video. Can u Pl cover all these in little detail .

Hey guys! as requested, I am sharing homemade coconut vinegar recipe. Coconut vinegar is made from fresh coconut toddy and takes just over a month to make it. It is fermented naturally by giving very light heat. Also note that the bottles should be cleaned and sun dried, and the residue should be discarded. Its about 5 years since I started making vinegar at home and I do not use synthetic white vinegar - I do not use them in my recipes nor personally as I make organic coconut vinegar at home which has tons of benefits and probiotics. Where to get toddy?
Hello Nisha Thanks for this unique and 1st time recipe. Have two questions: 1. Instead of fresh toddy, can we use fresh tender coconut water + the soft white kernel. (Next to impossible to source fresh toddy in my city) 2. Placing the glass bottle in the middle of the stove can be inconvenient or not possible if it's a 2 or 3-burner stove. So instead, can one place the bottle next to the stove.. thereby ensuring the mild heat?

You forgot to mention that other than Kerala, Goa has plenty of coconut toddy, which we Goans use to make Vinegar, totally organic and fantastic. In our house itself it is made. Goan Coconut Vinegar is more famous than any other vinegar.

How you prepared coconut tody
At our place to make pickle(Murraba) perfectly we use to keep it in vessel and cover it with black cloth and then put the vessel directly under the sunlight.. like wise can we put coconut toddy under sunlight for hitting process? Just giving a though as putting it on stove is quite disturbing for cooking process.
Aunty instead of keeping in the gas top can we place in the terrace to get sun's heat

I drink 1l water with 2 tablespoon ACV with the mother a day - always when the stomach is empty. 1l water with lemon juice and 1 teaspoon baking soda/natron every day and in each bottle himalayan salt

Rice vinegar contains Acidic Acid too. So there is another alternative.
have you ever heard about the coconut sap vinegar? if you do, can you please compare it to apple cider vinegar? because the two vinegars are so similar to me. and the coconut sap vinegar has a lot of mother as well upon fermentation.

Being a fan of Thomas's so far I have seen him in 3 different channels.
But sugar is one of the main ingredients in all vinegasr. Before there was sugar(refined in someway some how), fermentation was how people long long ago preserved their food to last longer. They didn't have sugar back then. I want only versions that are made with 0 sugar, 0 yeast and 0 vinegar, that was made from sugar, to make more vinegar. *sigh*
