These camera's have ( auto tracking ) some times. I have used several and the ( auto tracking ) only works on 30% of them
What App are you using for this camera?my camera doesn't connect at all. It keeps saying there is a Wi-Fi connection error. But all other devices, including smart TV, are connected without problems.

Cheap rubbish. I bought one and it says its connected to my internet yet at the end of the process it kept saying it wont connect..couldnt get it working.
the camera is good but because it go first to the cloud and it make the conexion very slow even if you are no suscribe to it, and is not possible to adjust the sensibility of the cam..... so every mosquito past in front make the cam give an notice and drive you cracy the all day and night

The stupid camera requires a 2.4 gigahertz wifi; thus, it will not work (if otherwise). I have 5 gigahertz here in Tennessee with ATT. They didn't tell me that when I bought it. Buyer beware for this camera comes from China.
