You might find that the Ctronics app works with your camera - the internet explorer page you showed is exactly the same as my ctronics camera (and a previous wanscam clone) so going by that, i would expect the actual camera firmware / interface / api / URLs to be the same meaning the ctronics app might work better for you. It's not perfect but these are budget cameras not professional ones.
ActiveX ... correct me if I am wrong but Microsoft has discontinued support for ActiveX.Personally I am not about to spend $300 on a rebranded camera from an unknown vendor without a real brick and motor address.

Have you had an issues with the automatic recording to microsd card triggered by motion not working? Its why I bought it, but even though all settings are set to automatically record and save video whenever a humanoid form and motion triggers the camera to do so, its not saving any at all. It does trigger the camera notifications saying such humanoid movements have been noticed, but only triggers a popup notication on phone but doesnt automatically save such recordings to microsd card as i selected it to. And the contact email given in their product amazon listing isnt even a valid email address and no one has replied when i asked in amazon.

just bought a SV3C PTZ wireless but will use Ethernet and run on my computer only for now running windows 10 and can't find internet explorer to install, can Firefox do as well? sure could us some advice on what app to use, have put hiP2P zipped, put it on C by accident and can't remove it. put it on a thumb drive instead waiting for me to hook up my camera, but not going to use WIFI at all, using the box but have it turned off, you may not get this, thanks

I have this same setup but called ALPTOP. Focus goes out of whack often and video is very choppy.
