Just ordered this set and am super excited. Wanted to see if I should go with this set or the clip barrel but chose this and glad I did. I like the tapered wand curls the best. Loved your video! Also love your make-up look, do you have a link to a make-up tutorial for this look by any chance?

I tried it once but my hair smelt sooo burned now I’m afraid to try again with a lower heat setting. I used the 4th. I have normal bleached hair. It’s not thick and not super fine either.

I just tried this and I found that my hair slip a lot while I am using the wand. How can I make my hair not to slip when I am putting it around the wand?
I’m out $300 after using the product 4 times. The base completely stopped working and wouldn’t shut off only flashed. Tried returning and a month has gone by and I haven’t gotten anywhere because my product didn’t come with a tag. They are saying they can’t do anything about it and now I can’t prove that my product didn’t come with the serial number tag on the cord they made me cut. They are saying I tampered with the tag or removed it myself. Btw no where is there a label that says do not remove tags When they specifically know that it automatically voids the warranty. This has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with any company.
- you measure the sections on the scalp. So a 1 inch section would be 1x1 inches of hair, measured directly on the scalp

I just order mine I'm so excited to use it I have super straight hair and nothing help me I tried diferentes things to curl my hair but it just long 5 min (literally) also short hair so I hope this works for me, nice video I love it
Why you don’t section off your hair maybe little easier,you can set longer when you using low heat! If you using 1.5 inch straight barrel keep flat around the barrel will giving more smooth waves! clip barrel you can go lower heat ! The wand I recommend set little hotter! Hopefully see your cilp barrel and new wand collection!
