*Did you read the new KASA TP-LINK terms of service yet?* As of Nov. 28th, 2020, Kasa TP-LINK wants permission to see, so much of our private information. They want permission to; see our bank account numbers and balances, debit info, permission to know everything that we purchase on other apps. They want permission to see, all the apps that we installed, when and, how long we use them. Permission to see our contacts, record our phone conversations, permission to our photos and what we have saved on our phones. They even want permission to sell all our private info, to 3rd parties and, they want so much more permissions to other private things and personal information, that I can't mention them all here. And get this *IF WE DON'T AGREE TO THE NEW TERMS OF SERVICE, WE HAVE TO, DELETE OUR KASA, TP-LINK ACCOUNT. AND, THE TP-LINK DEVICES THAT WE OWN, WON'T WORK NO MORE* All I wanna do is, turn off a light by voice. I'm so mad because, I invested so much into their products, before these invasive permissions. If I've known this at point of sale I would not have invested in them. I'm a very private person. Kasa TP-LINK is trying to, hold their customers hostage but, I will leave their company. I don't need them. My wife hates everything about it anyway. It barely ever stays working right. What do you think? They even wanna know, how many subscriptions, to other services, that we have and, how much are we paying them each month. I guess they wanna start charging a monthly subscription also. I won't pay them a penny. I'll reach over and turn the light off myself.
I JUST BOUGHT THIS I GOT INTERNET 75 BUT WHEN I CONNECT THIS EXPANSIVE one i get only 47 mbp download and when i disconnect the tp link and connect my pc directly i get even 85 mbps ??? any idea i bought this from bet buy $300 if it is garbage like this i give it back tomorrow any help ??

How has this router been? I bought the Netgear R8000P and it is awful. It will not do firmware updates. Netgear won't fix the issue either. I was a netgear fan for years and now looking to jump ship and saw this AX6000. Is it worth it? I want something that can handle 3500 sq feet of range. Wifi 6 for my PS5. And just an easy interface to tweak settings. I run about 22 devices. Will this work?

The Rolls-Royce of WiFi 6 Routers? Tune down. You even added its not high end few seconds later. You sound like you will sell your soul to the Devil for the right freebie.
If you one of those individuals that monitors logs, this router is not for you. This router lacks basic log monitoring such as firewall logs, should have stayed with Asus much better. Hoping for a good firmware update to address these issues. The only logs available is traffic monitoring and not very good at that, will not monitor one months worth of data. In short worthless minimal logging.
"DOS Protection" feature is NOT actually included in this model or any models that has the HomeCare feature. I guess they removed it coz I still found it listed as included in the Archer AX6000 in one of their FAQs in the TP-Link site. IFTTT integration was also removed. I also found one confirmed big security concern on this router that I won't mention here. I feel the current MSRP of this router is too expensive for what's actually included. Too much hype. :-(

but getting speed of 5 mbps download from another network shard computer folder,
any one help whether you guys also getting the same speed(os:windows 10,browser chrome latest),
and getting spped of 55 MBps while copying content from hard ssd type c.
please help and reply if you geeting proper speed but mine is slower,
in my laptop i am using "Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless Network Adapter" in my laptop.
please help this is last day by which i can take refund from seller.

Why did tplink not support captive portal for guests on this beast of a router...that the one thing i wanted but doesnt look like its supported afaik. I haven't received mine yet but its on its way as i ordered it couple days ago.
Good video, would have been great if u didn’t say the same thing for almost 2 or 3 mins. And if u actually showed it working. But I’ve had this since it came out and it is great. I have a huge home and it covers mostly the whole house. The one part is doesn’t cover is covered with walls of brick and metal. But got an tp link ac2600 extender and now that room gets great WiFi with no lag in gaming or streaming. This router truly is amazing.
This one is the same price as the tplink c5400 gaming router is this one good for gaming

for me you are dead wrong as I had this and returned the next day..My Netgear AX12 performs far better and even the tp 11000 performs better..

Are the gigabit ports on the device capable of being individually turned off and on so that one does not have to keep plugging in and unplugging certain wired devices? According to TP-Link none of their routers have this capability which is surprising as my Orbi that is a couple years ago has it. This is not new technology from what I can see.
I purchased this based on your review and others, I wasted $300 on this piece of shit! Nothing but issues. Drops all my 2.4gh devices every 2-3 days and I have to reboot. TP Link Support sucks and are no help. DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF SHIT ROUTER.

Quick Question for us Old School folks lol! Can you still go through the usual 192.168.1.1 ? I am not a fan of apps for configuring things especially routers. I have to configure port forwarding etc. Great Video!

This thing is a piece of shit. I bought it - wired speeds in the 10 Mb/s wireless about 50 - I have a 500Mb/s internet connection. Even when I went in and enabled multi mimo support my ax wireless laptop only got 450 mb/s which I get on ac. Go to TP link forums lots of complanits about this.
We replace or old Asus router with this newer version imgs.love/AROGRouter?A1 and it works wonderful. We have at times 7 devices running internet process with no slow down.

Hey i just got the tplink ax11000 monster for my new gigabit service but i hear comments to not buy tp link trash due to no after paurchase support or no firmware updates for 2 years? i currently also have an older asus RT-AC66R they say handles up to 1 gig speeds i did see up to 800 on it with verizon gigabit... i guess i can try it and return it or should i get the top asus router since ive had an asus for at least 5 yrs or more?
