Sub; Failure of Toshiba Split AC units and Poor response by Toshiba after sales Department I am writing this letter to complain about the repeated malfunctioning of the Toshiba AC units within a span of six months from the installation Date, and the poor response from the Toshiba Local Service support and dealer for Toshiba Air Conditioning units We are a reputed hotel chain in Cochin and we are unable to sell the Room due to the malfunctioning of the Toshiba AC units Ac units ( 10 Nos)were purchased through Apex trading company with bill dated 28-Nov -2018 invoice number Apex/F8B-111 and bill date 27-Nov 2019 Invoice number Apex/F8B-111 There were two failures of the ac units..First Failure Happened in March Service report for first complaint indicated Board failure due to Lower voltage and later when we asked about it was corrected as over voltage This is the second issue, A complaint was registered for the second failure on 02-09-2019, complaint No: 907664 but no action was taken by Toshiba service center and Local sales agent till now. . As stated we are a reputed hotel chain in Cochin and now we are unable to sell the Room as the installed Toshiba Air conditioner are not working properly We are having heavy income loss day by day And the local Toshiba service provider or Apex trading company is not responding to our service request Now that two major complaints happened in a span of 8 months of installation we are afraid of more complaints in future for the installed ac units and even more after the warranty period And if this happens we are concerned about the huge spare parts and maintenance expenses we will have to bear after the warranty period...
