I am using my toshiba hdd , while testing through the CrystalDisk software it is showing 150- 158 read write speed but while during transfer of data it is giving me 40-60mb/s Also I've tested in my friend's pc, there i am getting 110mb/s Can you please describe the reason behind this?

sir mene aaj hi amazon se ye hard drive receive ki hai. mera motherboard "Intel DX79TO 2nd Gen" hai 3.0 usb mein ye show nahi ho rahi, but led light show ho rahi hai 2.0 usb works fine. But mera ek or pc hai usme ye thik work kar rahi hai 3.0 mein bhi. Mene driver bhi update karke dekh lie but shoe nahi ho rahi. or same port mein pendrive or other hdd 3.0 mein thik work kar rahi hai kya issue ho sakta hai pls help
