Folks should know that she is playing it upside down. They keys are far more visible to the eye the other way 'round. A good pitch pipe will be designed so that it sits better in the mouth that way as well. Kratts Master pitch pipes are the best. This one is not a Kratts. The recommendation is also to hold it in one hand, not two. Other than that, all good! :)

Note on time stamp 3:38 is actually D#,time stamp 4:16 is F# etc. ..The pitch pipe is giving you the right pitch. Arrangement goes this way: C - # - b - D - # - b - E - # - b - F - #/b and so on which just means that the # or b sign next to C for example means C# or Cb, 3/b sign after D means D# or Db. User error :) Thats why you don't know why you keep going to Db :P
I am thinking that all those flat notes that you are thinking are  d flat are actually the  flat of the note before it...just a guess...
I was about to get one but it seems to be pretty out of tune, right?
