If I cut lens shade, will it be same effect as Nikkor 10.5mm fisheye with full frame? I am trying to find alternatives of Sigma 8mm/Rokina 8mm F/2.8 II, F/3.5, Sigma 8 is not wide enough for Canon full frame, a lot of unused black area, but Rokina 8 F/3.5 does, problem is Rokina (Canon mount) does not have AE chip like same one for Nikon mount.

i had this lens for so long.. since my 40D, And then to my 5D mark ii , so what i did, is shaving the build-in hood (very carfuly) and then with full frame sensor i got a clean shot at 13mm

You really know how to give someone a bad case of Gear Acquisition Disorder commonly known as GAS ;-) Here is a tip for you on two really weird lens: The Vivitar Series-1 Q-DOS (Anaglyph lens) a old school 3D lens from the late 80s.   And the Vivitar Series-1 19-35mm MC. A generic piece of plastic that was sold under a bunch of names but has now apparently gained a “cult following”. Anyway, sorry for the wall of text, keep up the brilliant work!

Why was the narrator was pretending to be the photographer? And that severe CA around the image circle couldn’t be matted out in the lens somehow? I’m not sure how I feel about the fisheye look either...now that rectilinear ultra wide angle lenses are so good and relatively inexpensive. But, hey, that’s a style, and some people like it.

Buenos días!. Antes que nada, quiero darte las gracias por tus vídeos y tus explicaciones. Te acabo de descubrir y me estás resultando de gran ayuda. Gracias!!!. Te escribo porque me han ofrecido este objetivo en unas condiciones de precio estupendas (en este sentido, no tengo dudas deque sería una buena compra). Mis dudas tienen que ver con respecto a que pueda ser lo que "creo que necesito". Mi situación es la siguiente. Tengo una Nikon D5200 y dos objetivos actualmente. El AF-S NIKKOR 18-55mm 1:3.5-5.6G y el AF-S NIKKOR 55-300mm 1:4.5-5.6GED. Me lo paso estupendamente con ellos pero siento que cuando veo un paisaje espectacular, las fotos que hago, la capacidad que tienen la cámara y esos objetivos, no recogen lo que yo veo realmente. Muchas veces me quedo con ganas de plasmar en una imagen todo lo que realmente hay ante mí y "no cabe" en mi visor y en mis fotografías :(... Me pregunto si con este objetivo lo conseguiré. En principio no me gustan especialmente los efectos "redondeados" que parece que hace este objetivo, pero tengo la impresión de que a la hora de fotografiar paisajes no los "distorsiona" tanto y a cambio tengo "también" un objetivo de ojo de pez. En fin, me gustaría conocer tu opinión sobre esto y si crees que no resolvería mis necesidades qué objetivo me recomiendas. Un saludo y de nuevo, muchas gracias!.

Buenas, me gustaría saber que imac me recomiendas para la edición de fotografía y algo de vídeo. Me estoy mirando el de 21" i7 16gb de ram, pero no se si es demasiadas prestaciones para la edición de foto y vídeo. Muchas gracias por tu tiempo y felices fiestas!!! :)
