Just ordered the 5pc set. My 4 and 6 year old want to learn, so I'm thinking about ordering another crash and a cheaper 18" ride. If they're gonna play in THIS house, they will learn with AC/DC which requires the ride lol.

The foot pedal adjustment is the screw nut. It allows the drummer to set their own tension/pressure. Awesome video. I'm extremely handy, but I know nothing about the drums. so this was perfect.

My son's drum foot pedal isn't working. It stays against the drum and does not fall back when the pedal is lifted

The trick to make your drum set sound like those junior ones, is that you have to tune the tom toms as high as you could. The same thing goes with the snare drum, but the snares has to be unlocked so it can sound like a tom tom. Bass drum can be tuned high without mufflers or with mufflers, and that's it! Your drum set sounds like those junior ones. Enjoy drumming! Oh and don't forget to use splash cymbals as well!
