My dad's 20y/o city bike has seatpost suspensions and I can't understand why fitness bikes dont offer this instead of the small but still heavy regardless fork suspensions.
I like how those 3 spring saddles seems like riding on a couch but I guess they would feel horrible on a drop bar bike.

What if you just used a seat that didn't pulverize your taint? Then you could be even more comfortable and you wouldn't need to deal with all this nonsense.

My saddle is type 3 but there are no grooves as you have shown. It's very difficult to adjust the nose level as it can be moved front n back only. Any tips on that?

I just bought 2 bikes of the same brand and stye yesterday and in one of the bikes the seat keeps moving down from the back and we tried tightening it but it still moves should I return it since I just got it or can I do something to it

Do these things come in different sizes? I'm even having trouble just putting the clamp the pipe later goes in in between the rails. For getting the rest of the parts in I'd need some kind of tool and I'm really not comfortable with that.

Sorry for late question. My saddle has 4 rails and the guts are stripped. Will guts like this work on a 4 rail seat?

What size wrench do I need
You need a clamp with a two sided bolt Allen key so you can adjust.
1)Remove previous seat clip Yes2)Face out the sharp hook

You can actually adjust the angle of the seatpost clamp by loosen the bolt and lift the clamp bottom part and move back and forth
Yours is the wrong way round.
It.s fine ...when you sit on it it will level up. If not, move the clamp positions. Easy.

Your weight would have compressed the spring but the seat and post combination you had before you installed the spring had a way to level the seat. It looks like, at the top of the post, it is cupped and loosing the bolt there would let you rotate the mount. That will allow the bottom of the spring to be leveled. I am reluctant to say google it because today it sounds so condescending!
