My Taylor is acting wonky. It starts flashing with a lot of different numbers but never goes to -0-. When it stops flashing, it is approximately 45 to 50 pounds off. What should I do?
I just purchased this same Taylor scale. You need to tap the top of the scale with your toe to wake it up- it recalibrates when you do this. Once the scale reads 0.0 It is ok to step on the scale for a reading. Not doing this can raise your weight up to 5 pounds (it adds some or all of the scale weight to your actual weight).
