You put the laptop on the wrong way round
With so many laptops being sold around the world why would you, or anyone, think the laptop cooling system is so inefficient that a auxiliary, external cooler is required?
Anyone knows how to clean this effectively? Thanks in advance. Mine is not cooling enough (out of the box was already quite disappointing )

Can anyone help me im so confused. When cooling pads say they fit laptops up to 17'' does that mean SCREEN SIZE or size of laptop completely when its shut? my laptop screen is 15.6'' but whole laptop is 18'' corner to corner when shut
I just recently found out that there is a very effective way to prevent cpu from overheating, that is go to control panel > power settings > advanced power settings > Processor power management > maximum processor rate (change this to 75~85% so that the cpu does not run on full capacity hence reduce heat generation.)

hi , I have a question quz I need some cooling aid to.I realized that the laptop has a fan witch sucks air in, and another one on the underside witch blowes the hot air out of the computer.Now, if the fan on the cooling pad pushes air on the under side of the computer,will it push the hot air in again ?

So like you said after a few WEEKS of thorough testing I suppose while squishing this product contantly between your fingers have you figured it out that this chillmat actually works with the fans facing upwards like every other cooling pad or are you still really that ignorant and dont know how to even remove your how to heat up your laptop video. The laptop goes onto the other side with the rubber pieces to hold it into place, that’s also were the cooling fans are located.

I know im late as fuck, but I just bought  one for my HP Envy and it works perfectly with it and my Envy is 17.3, yo just wondering would it be better to connect the stand to an adapter and plug it to the wall?
I have a 17 inch Dell Inspiron, and it does fit on the pad. I've had it a year and some and it has been working perfectly. I keep it clean by wiping it with Lysol wipes and vacuum it with a long furniture attachment and a brush attachment to keep it dust free. But it does fit my laptop.

I have a 15" MacBook Pro and it used to get hot while watching YouTube videos or playing a few games. Since I got this cooling mat.. it doesn't get nearly as hot.. and even if it does.. it cools off almost immediately. Amazing product IMHO.

I have the 4 USB port kind. It got so hot the rubber stoppers on the bottom of my laptop literally melted off. Not even joking!
It's better to turn it on and off. It clears memory, among other things.
