I purchased the Symphony Diet12 T after watching a lot of videos and it includes the video you posted here.Yeah this one and i have been through lot of blogs ,just being honest i spend hours of researching and finally purchased the product.It works well in morning and night but losing all cooling effect as well as the air flow more like normal fan so i really want to know ,is it offer sufficient cooling around 12pm to 5pm as the climate gets hot!I don't have any prior experience so please replay!

Also place the air cooler in the way of wind flow. There should be entry and exit for air flow and air cooler should be set accordingly. Keep up your good work. Kudos!!
You have seem to have brought 2018 or 2017 model. Check for the same in box for manufacturing details. Latest model has water loading area in the rear side and does not have sliding grill. It's screwed to the machine itself. Latest model has drain plug on the bottom.

Symphony cooler is the worst cooler. I wasted my money buying this cheap product.The customer care the service centre all are useless they will never resolve your problem like many of you I m also the victim of buying this third class product. In a month of purchasing two times the cooling motor is not working.i tried calling customer care,the technician,the service center but no one is responding my call.itz been 6th day no technician has come to resolve my problems. The company has fooled me I recommend don’t ever think to buy this symphony product.i m going to lodge a complaint in the consumer court and a case against the company.
