They biggest gaps I seen in my life
I have problem use the GUM proxabrush on my lower teeth somewhat
Should we use the Interdental Brushes with the toothpaste? I've seen a couple of different periodontal speciallists and they all say different things.
This video made me realize these brushes aren’t meant for me. I’ll stick to dental floss.
But I dont have that much space between my teeth, So how do I do it?

I cant even get floss in between my teeth, I have zero gap :-( Benefit is, I rarely get things stuck between my teeth.
Doing interdental cleaning rinsing the brush twice per gap makes me think it will take you about 20 or 30 minutes to do this interdental cleaning. Is this too much? Is it possible to find electronic interdental products to make it faster and better?

Very good information,I will use them regularly,I did you them and started bleeds gum ,when do gum stop bleeding after how long .
My hygienist recommended me to use the red interdental brush for my back teeth. I followed her instructions, I noticed my lower teeth started bleeding so I immediately threw the red interdental brush away. After watching this video, I perfectly understand need to carry the use of the red interdental brush and do not worry the bleed. I'll give it a good wash. I still use floss for my front teeth.

I have really narrow gaps between my teeth and I also have a wire on the inside part so floss doesn't work for me. Will these work? Is there anything else I could try?

How many times should i put it in and out during the one use?
Ok so basically these are only good if you have big spaces between your teeth or braces. Oh well I guess I have to go back to flossing

There is hardly any gap between the teeth so do not use it forcibly because others are using.

The gap in between my teeth is quite narrowevery time I use interdental brusheseven the zero sizewithin minutes they are destroyed I don't put so much pressure while using them .

I'm really struggling with this, my dentist pushed it right the way through, I used the exact same one the next day & couldn't do it, I can't seem to push it through, I just poked the gum tissue & it bled badly. Getting frustrated

Hi Sara recently got braces and I'm struggling to use the interdental brushes I got which came in an Oral B packet that just says size 0-1 for tight spaces as I don't have any gaps anyways. So am I supposed to slide the brushes into that triangle or actually slide it up and down between the teeth just like how u slide the regular floss What's the smallest size for really right spaces

Hello Doc, I have been using interdental brush and have been doing floss since nearly 5 years. I have noticed the space between the teeth in growing. Advice please. I have read coffee get stained on teeth. Can I chew a sugar free gum after having a cup of coffee. Will it prevent the teeth from getting yellow color.
I did not realise people with healthy gums that are not receded also used inter dental brushes. About 9 years ago after moving to a new area the Dentist told me I have Gingivitis and also had been brushing too often and too aggressively. Your model has beautiful gums, my gaps are much larger. I use the blue interdental brushes in between all the Molars but cannot seem to get even the small brush in between the lower front teeth. I do floss daily too. In your experience is it possible for a 50 year old to regrow gums with diet, massage and supplements like Vitamin C?

I think the way I do is too hard. I just checked this video to see if I'm doing sth wrong because it bleeds so much. one gap takes me at least 30 seconds and I force it under the gum as well. I guess I should be more gentle.

My next question is do you mind to explain the reason behind the ordering: interdental brush, flossing and finally brushing with a tooth brush? I found different articles online suggesting a different ordering: brushing with a tooth brush, interdental brush/flossing after. Many thanks!

I watched this video & went to buy this things because I never knew they even existed. I got TopCare & it has something metal covered in brush hair. So far I managed to stub my gums into blood. Is all interdental brushes has such sharp metal tip?
The only problem is that people don't hold their jaw in their hand to brush or go to a dentist every day. You should show an actual person use this brush so we can see how awkward it is to use these brushes. Demonstrating it on a real person is what your company deliberately avoids. Thumbs down.
