This item does not work in the U.S. It will not downloasd also those that had got in find they have errors every time they log in, or should i say try to log in. The Tracker pulse 02 will not work if you live in the U.S. Here in the U.S.it has tons of bad reviews, but if you live other places it is very good to have.

For anyone whos actually serious about taking care of there health and looking to excel in sport should get the MIO FUSE. Theres no way you should have to stop running take it off your wrist to then place it on your finger for 20 seconds, thats a joke! + its not water proof so for people who participate in a wide variety of sports its inqadiquate. Take my advice and buy the fuse, sleep trackers these days are pretty common anyways.  
the instructions are missing info on initial power up.  After charging all night the only button does nothing!.....i gues ill have to deal with both refund lines at WORST BUY

I do not have a smartphone, only a Dell Laptop PC.  Will I be better off with a FitBit Zip then the Withings Pulse O2?
What's the battery life?
I just received one of these.  I am having difficulty getting it to work.  After turning it on, I get a brief "hello" followed by "go.withings.com".  I've downloaded the app and it tells me to power it on (showing me a picture of that screen).  I hit "NEXT" and it scans for the device, but doesn't find it.  It takes me to the Bluetooth settings page but I don't see anything listed in the Available Devices section.  I've tried to refresh, reboot the Pulse (by holding down the button for 15 seconds), tried it from several different phones, etc.  Am I missing some critical step?
