Watching it on my Z3+ :)
I just want it as normal phone + Pokemon Go. I cannot allow myself to buy it if it's going to heat up with pokemon go and risk myself to freeze or anything I'm upgrading my phone because of that goddamn game and it want it not to fail because of the phone.

z3+ is absolutely disappointing. overheating and you can't use camera. 5-6 min. and stopping. Disaster.

i can confirm heating problem is solved with new firmware update (32.2.A.0.224) for this phone. I simultaneously charge and do youtube game and everything possible to make it heat up but it not does not get higher than 42°C which earlier was 47°C Max and being normal was between 40 to 45°C for no reason. 😁 I am soo much happy and yes they brought back stamina mode which i don't see a real use of it although if used with Ultra Stamina mode you could get the most of your phone left battery.

I'm planing on buying Xperia Z3+ for this new year and i hear that the phone gets very hot on performing basic functions like browsing and gets more hot when using the camera. I've been using my Xperia Z for multimedia usage, browsing and gaming (MKX and Asphalt) on a daily basis and my phone gets hot every now and then , but how does Z3+ take it? Can i go ahead and buy the handset without worrying about the heat issue?

No idea why Sony keep releasing these devices with absolutely abysmal audio output. I have listened to the device and you can barely hear anything with any earphones attached. The volume is really, really low and I think that none of the big manufacturers put any emphasize on audio quality, except for HTC.
I want the xperia z5 compact now...but its not in the US. I hate the way Sony runs their mobile business in the US. We always get it outdated. is there any news on it yet?

2k is not 1440 x2560 1440p is quadhd not 2k 2k is 2048 x 1080p it is also a DCI resolution meaning you wont find it anywhere but cinema most likely

I still remember when this was my daily driver and I used to suffer with lag and heat. It was so hot that water resistant adhesive failed and the back panel came off. It was still a great phone tho. Also I feel so comfortable while typing this on the note 10 plus
I just got an Xperia Z3+ and it get's so hot it has to reboot sometimes
xperia z series were really great phones back then. people are just tricked and manipulated by these so called famous tech reviewers into not buying the sony brand. wake up people

Either you forget about emergency mode or. It only for japan rom. But mine (z4 or Japanese)can beat 3000+mah snapdragon 800 on battery life. In normal use. Z4 can handle full one 1 day with around 30-50%. Or 24hour hotspot with 4g+ with 10-20% left depending on how you use it. My other phone with less usage and more battery only left 15-30% and both without any powersave mode. On emegency mode it can hold more than 2day. Idk how long since emegency mode will disable everyhing except call. Sms. Camera. And few other app. Soo i never use it more than 2day like sony claim.

Its having dual sim but for me sim 1 have been damaged and I gave it to small shop in India for repairing it.they tried but still now it doesn't work. Now the backpanel doesn't stick because of the heating issue.i bought new backpanel from Amazon and it sticked for 2 days and after that it removed itself.VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞 NEVER GONNA BUY SONY PHONE 📱

I used the SONY Z3 Plus for two years..... One of the most beautifully designed phones ever imho. I still have it, and it still works perfectly.... though I have since upgraded to a new phone.
its good and i will soon buy this phone no matte what with my own hard working
I now i it hit because the battery used in the phone cant take the gaming test to salty
Fake showoff is useless and annoying to watch...capture the close up of the phone and don't prioritise focussing your face and shirt over the phone..

Interesting Z3+ and not Z4. I've never really like the form factor for sony devices to be honest, I don't like sonys UI even more. Maybe I should give them a try in a next device or two. Awesome review as always brother. Cheers.
