I've got this phone for past 3 years. Recently started to show that internal memory is full. Despite of big memory card and setting to store pictures on the card that is not happening. How do I go about it please? Can you help? Do I need to reset it and start again? Thank you for your help :)

Waste sony phone
This model, XA1 is total failure, its a defective model and touch not working at all in the edge.

This phone is a hard touch side by side and top to bottom.
Dont buy! There is no good display for this model. All of them are bad. Several months and it will start canceling the edges of the screen. I change two time, and this third after 3 months start the same thing. Yellow on the edges an slowly expanding.

Ever since the Oreo update my XA1 has been dropping calls , it's become sluggish as well it never happened before Oreo. fix it quick sony or i'm jumping ship.

Sony brand is good only But in this while changing net work or Internet from one Sim to another why it is restarting every time. I didn't c this feature or setting in any other mobile. It's drawback and sound and music very low and don't have Sony clarity

Been using this phone since August 2017, it still does the job for a common smartphone, only issue is the battery, never noticed how fast it drains until quarantine.

Best phone I've owned because it's reliable, large and sturdy. But unfortunately Ive been having lots of issues lately with Sony Xperia. Very few times it randomly freezes and restarts by itself even though I keep my phone clean and avoid over installing apps I do daily cleaning to remove unwanted trash I always check the settings for the phones performance. Also the top and bottom frame strips comes off in time cause it's glued on if its in your pocket in time it'll get warm and slowly begins to fall off. I'm also unable to connect Multi display on my TV to stream with my Sony Xperia H3223 so it doesn't support it. Some things are not compatible with Xperia surprised I got it 2.5 years ago and the phone should have the capability of todays technology. Other then that it holds up pretty well and can last a long time but it's getting old and will begin showing signs of age performance after 2 years. Does run smoothly but beginning to fail.
I'd been using my xa1 for 3 years now and i haven't experienced any problem yet (tho sometimes the touch screen at the very left and right is kinda hard to use lol)

Each side of my screen don't work to the point where I can't even use some apps including pub g. Just ordered the Redmi Note 8 Pro and I'm so excited! GOODBYE XA1!

Had this phone for 2 whole years. Bluetooth connection issues, apps crash, sometimes runs very slow etc etc. Can't wait to ditch this heap of average.

I've had my Xperia xa1 for 2 years now and I've faced problems. The battery and connectors had to be replaced after a year as the battery started to drain very fast. Secondly, the sim card slot and board with connectors had to be replaced as it would power off the whole phone suddenly if it was put down on a surface with regular force. The charge port has also had to be replaced as it didn't work, this was after nearly 2 years of working however. Its had a case and screen protector on since I got it and the screen is in pristine condition underneath, however the rear is horribly damaged with deep marks and scratches all over (I recommend getting a skin) other than that, the performance is still great and I don't find myself running out of storage. Overall apart from some flaws, I'd say this is a great phone after 2 years of ownership
Dont Buy! Trust me. Under warranty they change touch screen 2 times in two years. And again same problem. Yellow bars across the screen and cancel function. I just smashed it off the wall.

Rubbish phone. I've had it for almost 2 years and the charging point has developed a fault for the second time. It was repaired free of charge the first tine as was still under warranty, but is not this time. Don't waste your money. I have been buying Sony for the last 8 years, serious reputational damage here, probably change to Samsung.
Alright so 12 months ago I watched this video and got the phone, haven't encountered any issues whosoever not even the ones mentioned in the comments about the screen being a problem
