Hi, I'm here to tell you, these earphones are not so great as all these media's saying. It looks good. And that's all. My cheap jabbra 65t are much better than this. The microphone of that sony are so bad. People you speaking with can hear more the ambient sound than yourself. That ANC aren't so great. And the design of the earbuds itself, are not so comfy.
DO NOT BUY! this ear buds are so uncomfortable that is shocking that no one even talk about it. they are heavy as well. very poor design. They sound amazing, but it is hard to use them for more then 20 mins

It was excellent, however my friend recommended me to use Sony WF-1000XM3 and I bought this low quality product from Croma., If someone is using this Sony earbuds and feeling it is top quality sound. No my dear, I must say this is just waste of money product. Go and check the sound quality of BOSE and you can experience it at their stores. I have wasted 14990/- + 2100 extra warranty on Sony. But still I bought again BOSE Sound sport to fulfill my taste. Thanks.

For anyone wondering about the ambient/passthrough mode on both of these, the XM4's quality is functionally better to me - and also quite good in general. I'm able to go into a shop and talk to people without needing to take out the earpiece.
XM3 sound way too dynamically compressed. XM4 is slightly better on that regard.
The XM3 came out 2 years ago and is now $170 on amazon. Given this new price point, are they competitive with the $150 earbuds such as the Neobuds Pro, Oneplus Pro, Xiaomi flipbuds pro, Huawei Pro, 1Comfo pro? Is it worth going with a 2 years-old model (XM3) or what do you recommend?
omg I'm so glad I saw this I read crin's review and even though I can't objectively prove it, I felt like my xm4 sounded less dark than people have been making it out to be. I also totally agree on the smoother treble and boosted low frequencies
I can get LDAC on my wf-xm3s, it's weird that you can't. It makes the music sparkle.
these things would greatly benefit from custom tips for maximum sound isolation and noise cancellation

Actually Jabra Elite Active 75t sounds better.
I also own a sony wf 1000xm3 and its really tempting to upgrade to the new xm4 but I just cant justify a reason to upgrade since the xm3 gets the jobs done nicely. Xm4 looks like an upgrade in every aspect literally but Im just thinking to hanging on to it til its last breath. Switching to ANC on xm3 still feels like magic to this day 😂

Damn with it being LDAC and the FR the XM4 looks seriously good we'll see how the galaxy buds pro do against it cause these don't seem bad. The buds are still extremely comfortable
Nice opener re the comfort fit. That's my main concern. Too bad the foam isn't up to the task. I had to replace the tips on mine. Currently use Spinfit replacement tips on my XM3s.
Put the mic infront of your face, that way you will have to use way less gain and this will result in less backround hiss and noise. Edit: this will also result in a warmer and less fatiguing voice-over, as the trebble is reflected downwards from the top of your palette.
I own the xm3's also the Senheisener 2's I'm looking for opinions on if I should upgrade to the xm4's or possibly recommendations on other better sounding buds 🤔
Funny but after listening to Jabra 75T for a year and a half, I prefer that sound to XM4. It gives it a nice colorful sound, where XM4, is more linear. Also the volume on XM4 doesn’t get as loud as Jabra.
Meanwhile the Bose QC buds are ANC kings, they sound better, and they have superior passthrough mode. It’s just that they’re Bose, so people knock them for lacking features the lots of other true wireless buds also don’t have. It’s just the Sonys have the cool factor, and are also pretty good.
