Noice canceling? more like sound enhance. When you turn on the noise canceling the wound get a way better quality, the lower and the higher freqs are getting louder as a result to a better sound. You can have the noise cancel off only when you want to just talk or hear something, but not for music as the quality of the sound when the noice cancel is off is bad. Sony says that the battery last 80hours which is pretty good, havent tested yet. Seems like a good choice.

4 years later and this is useful. I've been using these since all of the Stay Home Lockdown COVID-19 Corona stuff and they've served decently. My battery finally died (about 2.5 months later) and I could remember how to change it so this helped a lot. Currently waiting on my Surface Pro Headphones 2!
This sounds awesome JustU.Faith/-SonyHeadset?轄 I have many headphones and this is in my top two collection. And this headphone is 1/4 the price of the others. My only major complaint is the headphone cable which drives me crazy. If you want to listen to high quality audio you will be happy. But the cable may drive you batty.
